Piricaink is based in the UK, and all prices are displayed in GBP (£).All payments are processed in British pounds. If you use a card, bank account or PayPal account linked to a different currency, the final amount charged will depend on the exchange rate and any currency-conversion fees applied by your bank, card provider or PayPal.

These charges are not included in the product price or delivery cost and are the customer’s responsibility.Piricaink does not control or collect these charges. We recommend checking the applicable rates and import thresholds with your local customs authority or government website before placing your order.

After placing an order, you can check its status at any time to see whether it is being prepared or has been dispatched. Simply log in to My Account and select the order you wish to view.Most of our standard UK and international delivery services do not include tracking. If you selected a tracked delivery upgrade at checkout, tracking information may be available.In some cases, we may divide your order into multiple packages because of its size or weight.If tracking is available, your tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is dispatched. You can also find it by logging in to My Account and viewing the relevant order.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow a few additional days for possible postal delays before contacting us.Delayed parcels can often be located at your local sorting or delivery office. We recommend checking there first and arranging redelivery if necessary.If your order still does not arrive, please contact us so that we can advise you on the next steps. Before treating a parcel as lost, we normally allow:Standard UK delivery: 10 days from the dispatch dateStandard international delivery: four weeks from the dispatch dateOnce the applicable period has passed, we can investigate further and arrange the appropriate resolution.

We’re confident that you’ll love your purchase from Piricaink. However, we understand that you may change your mind and wish to request a refund or exchange.Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide instructions for returning the item(s). Please take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and return them with their original packaging and tags, where possible. Include a note stating your order number.Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items reach us safely. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage so that you can make a claim for loss or damage if necessary.Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible. Refunds will normally be initiated within 48 hours using your original payment method.When an entire order is cancelled, we will refund the standard outbound delivery cost. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service is non-refundable. If an item is incorrect, faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate resolution.If you request an exchange and the replacement item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or ask you to pay the additional amount, as appropriate.Your statutory rights are not affected.
